• Organisation and implementation of medically indicated return transport, taking account of costs and safety, after prior verification of medical necessity.
• Where medically indicated, an escort for the patient’s return transport will also be ensured.
• Organisation of medically necessary services with doctor-to-doctor consultation for treatment abroad.
• Notification of relatives in the case of illness.
• Help with obtaining a diagnosis or other required test results that are necessary or helpful for treatment.

Together with MD Medicus – Society for Medical Assistance World-Wide – we have created a personal 24-hour health service for you. Here you can both consult medically trained personnel and – where necessary – ask doctors for help and advice. This counselling service is free of charge for you apart from the usual telephone fees.
